• At payol, we are dedicated to constantly improving and innovating our services to ensure the best experience for our Users. We recognize the significance of staying ahead in the fast-changing digital world, and thus, we are always working to enhance what we offer.

• As we continue to enhance our services, it's important to understand that payol reserves the right to discontinue providing the services (permanently or temporarily), or any specific features within the services, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Similarly, you have the freedom to stop using the services whenever you choose, without the need to inform payol specifically.

Important Notice: Account Access and Services at Payol

• By acknowledging and agreeing to our terms, you understand that if payol disables access to your account, it may restrict your access to the Services, your account details, and any files or content stored within your account. Rest assured, we will inform you promptly in such a situation.

• Payol reserves the right to remove any user information stored in your account, which may include personal or sensitive data. If you do not want us to keep or use your personal information, you can inform us through the Grievance Officer (contact information provided below). However, please understand that if you choose this option, we may not be able to offer you certain or all of our services.

• You acknowledge and agree that Payol has the right to establish specific limits on the number of messages you can send or receive using our services. These limits, if imposed, are determined solely by Payol and may be put into effect at any time.
